El Paso Federal Mail Fraud Sentences and Case Outcomes
El Paso federal mail-fraud sentencing records include both public-school contracting/data schemes and medical-billing schemes. This selected two-cluster sample separates a combined sentence from an expressly allocated conspiracy term. It does not combine codefendants into an artificial count of independent cases.
Evidence scope: Two retained prosecution clusters, not a certification that every exact-city, historical-law and later-docket requirement has passed. Relevant agency or court passages were read September 29, 2026 UTC. Precise incorporated-city offense-point qualification and complete subsequent-disposition review remain open. These selected records are not an average, a citywide distribution or a prediction.
Offense and jurisdiction
The retained records expressly identify conspiracy to commit mail fraud. Fraudulent billing or use of a mailing address alone would not establish that conviction. These are federal outcomes, not state theft, forgery, or insurance-fraud sentences.

How to read these sentences
Garcia pleaded to count one of a four-count indictment and a single-count information, each charging mail-fraud conspiracy. His forty-two months is reported across those proceedings, not allocated to either count. The appellate opinion’s page 7 gives Diaz fifty-one months for one mail-fraud-conspiracy conviction and records acquittal on his other charged count. The concluding page affirms the judgments; that is not a new sentence date. It is not Goldberg’s separate 100-month money-laundering term or sixty-month concurrent conspiracy term. All participants in the clinic prosecution remain one cluster, regardless of the number of convictions or defendants.
Why does the article identify the exact defendant’s allocation?
A multi-defendant appellate opinion can list several different terms. Substituting a codefendant’s sentence would misstate the outcome, even though all defendants appeared in the same prosecution.
The court describes clinics in El Paso and billing operations in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico; that multi-location context is retained. A school-district name alone does not independently certify the precise municipal offense point.
