Louisville First-Degree Manslaughter Sentences and Case Outcomes

Trice’s reported 20 years concern a single first-degree-manslaughter plea, not a murder conviction. WLKY reports Cambron received thirteen years for manslaughter and tampering on June 21, 2019; separate count terms remain unspecified. No verified 13–20-year range follows.

Cambron: Reported Imposed Term Versus Count Allocation

The WAVE report identifies first-degree manslaughter and tampering and says Cambron was formally sentenced on Friday, June 21, 2019. However, it labels thirteen years as recommended rather than clearly reproducing the imposed count terms. Its references to a plea the previous week and in April also conflict. The WLKY sentencing account now supplies a readable indexed article body that expressly describes an imposed thirteen-year case term. This is a secondary report, not an inspected judgment. Its direct page remains region-blocked. It does not establish the separate manslaughter-count allocation, current custody or a qualifying range endpoint.

Trice: Lesser Conviction, Separate Report Date

The records-reviewed sentencing report distinguishes the November Alford plea from the December 19, 2024 imposed sentence, reported December 20. Original murder and child-abuse accusations do not establish convictions on those charges. The remaining charges were dismissed under the reported agreement; no additional punishment is inferred.

These are Kentucky state records. Current statutory exposure is not substituted for the historical conviction or judgment.

Evidence and Comparison Limits

Relevant court-copy, prosecutor and news passages were read September 28, 2026 UTC (September 29 in Istanbul). News reports are not primary judgments. Independent incorporated-city point checks, offense-date law and complete later-docket review remain open. Neither a Louisville dateline nor Jefferson County or Louisville Metro jurisdiction alone certifies a qualifying city offense point. No citywide numerical range is calculated. Shared counts, co-defendants and appellate decisions are not additional independent prosecutions.

These selected reported records are not all Louisville cases, an average, a typical sentence or a prediction. Imposed terms and unsuspended portions do not establish time actually served or a release date. Read the case-selection methodology, editorial standards and Louisville sentencing hub.
