Baltimore Federal Bank Robbery Sentences and Case Outcomes

Both selected federal bank-robbery announcements state 14 years of imprisonment, but neither supplies a separate sentence for each robbery count. Eaton’s armed-bank-robbery sentence is reported in connection with a bank/commercial robbery series; the release does not establish a conviction for every described incident. Lawson’s total covers three new armed bank robberies. Their separate supervised-release terms are three and five years respectively; these totals are not a citywide bank-robbery range.

Evidence scope: Two named defendants and two reported prosecutions are represented. Multiple incidents within each prosecution are not counted as separate independent cases; Lawson’s 2004 prior bank-robbery conviction is historical context, not an additional new outcome. The agency describes bank locations by street blocks, not exact building numbers. Independent municipal-point and later-docket review remain incomplete. Relevant agency sentence and offense-location passages were read September 28, 2026. A reported sentence does not establish exhausted appeals. This selected sample is not all Baltimore cases, an average, a typical term or a prediction.

How to read the outcomes

A target-count allocation may describe one count, while an aggregate term may cover multiple counts, enhancements, or proceedings. Aggregate totals are not converted into an isolated sentence for Federal Bank Robbery. No average or numerical citywide range is calculated.

Read the named convictions, count allocation and concurrency separately. The records do not support an invented explanation of a judge’s motive, an allocation of unreported count terms or a prediction of actual time served.
